📦 Processing Time

 Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Processing time does not include shipping time. 

Shipping Options

Silicone Molds: Typically delivered in 7-12 business days.

Aroma Beads:

3 lb or less: Typically delivered in 7-12 business days.

Over 3 lb : Typically delivered in 15-20 business days.

Bulk Orders? For large quantities, please contact us for custom shipping rates.

🚚 Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax & shipping).

  • Applies only to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Free shipping carrier is chosen by MUBYOK.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or other remote areas. We also do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
    Zip code restrictions (first three digits): 090–099, 340, 962–966, 006–009, 967–969, 995–999.

  • Route Shipping Protection

  • Orders below the $100 subtotal

🚫 Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address. If incorrect:

  • Buyer pays any re-shipping costs.

  • If returned to us, we’ll refund your order minus original shipping.

📦 Damaged Items / Route Insurance

All orders are automatically insured via Route Protection (unless removed at checkout).
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged:

  • Email us within 3 days at nicole2@nishiaroma.com

  • Or file directly through Route

If Route was removed, we are not responsible for damage/loss. Contact us if you need help filing a claim with the carrier.

📍 Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking says "Delivered" but you didn’t receive the item:

  • The recipient must file a claim with the carrier.
