Returns / Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellations – Simplified Policy

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or combined.

  • If a cancellation is approved, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund — no exceptions.

📦 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

  • A clear photo of all items received (showing product labels) is required to process any claim.

🔁 Returns / Exchanges – Aroma Beads Promise

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for aroma beads (only).

  • To be eligible:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

    • You must contact us first at info@mubyokpro.com before sending the product back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

  • If approved, you’ll receive the refund within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Fragrance oil, colorant items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Any items purchased through destash or third-party resell groups

🚚 Shipping & Damage

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • Your order is automatically insured through Route (unless removed at checkout).

  • For damaged items, contact info@mubyokpro.com or Route within 3 days of delivery.

  • If Route was not selected, you must contact the carrier directly.

🧪 Testing & Quality Disclaimer

  • All products should be tested by customers before being used in bulk or sold to others.

  • We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results, finished products, or misuse.

  • Tips and recipes provided are for guidance only and come without any guarantees.

💵 Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are fixed as listed on our website. We do not offer price matching or additional discounts.

  • Taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

💳 Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks initiated before our 15-day return process is complete may result in account deactivation.

  • If a chargeback is filed after receiving a refund or store credit, your account will be permanently deactivated.
